Stretch With Jacky!

Ever wondered how dancer’s stay so strong, lean & toned? With the use of resistance bands! At Bella Dance Affairs we are proud to offer our Friday Stretch Band Class with Jacky. Our stretch band class is a low impact, full body workout that will help you to tone, condition & strengthen your muscles as well as improve your flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome as we offer different levels of resistance bands available for use. Our stretch band class is every Friday afternoon at 5.30pm and is a perfect way to stretch out the stresses of the week.
